Why don’t arcade machine vendors lease to homes?

I’ve been to like 40 websites, and NONE of them lease arcade machines for residential use. I thought I was lucky when I saw a website showing the prices per month of arcade machines, but in small letters, it said “not for residential use yet”. Why don’t they lease for private use in addition to commercial?

Arcades bring in money, they’re licensed by the city for that reason because the income needs to be reported to the IRS. Only businesses are allowed to have them.

I worked at the city clerk’s in Brookfield and it was one of my duties to do all the paperwork on the arcade games every year. I worked on the bartender licenses too, usually right after (they all have due dates). It’s a licensing issue–if your city/state says only ‘business’ is allowed, there’s no way around it unless you buy a used antique from an antique dealer.
