I cleaned a stainless steel coffee pot with a polident tablet and I can’t remove the minty smell and taste

I have used vinegar,baking soda to try and remove the odor and taste,my stainless steel coffee pot is clean though! I sure can use some help with this problem.

Fill with HOT water with a tab of bleach added and let sit for a couple of hours. That should do the trick for you. It is what’s Chef’s do to remove odor’s from items.
